Jingle Bells!

Yes, festive season is coming! Christmas spirit is all around ;). I guess it would be White Christmas this weekend. I had spend some time celebrating Pre-Xmas dinner with some friends. On the other hand, I feel the same excitement as those friends who actually celebrating Christmas. The same feeling of excitement to fly home for 'Hari Raya'/Eid and share the joy with family.

Since I could not play the 'Hari Raya' song, I shall put up Christmas song then ;). Well, this song I heard from a movie 'Love Actually' which was on air last night. I love it! Beside, Simply Irresistible, which is my favourite all time movie also on air right after the other. Talking about the movie, it makes me salivating for the Caramel Eclairs made by Amanda which bewitched Tom and his colleague, Louis. I wonder how would the taste will be like. Even eyeing on the recipe. I might try it one day then!

I was over joy having great time celebrating Xmas with my friends. Firstly, Pre-Xmas with Marie cum Farewell party for Brunella whom leaving for Italy at a Spanish restaurant downtown, called Toledo. The food was excellent. I wish I could eat Paella but I need a partner to order for it ;). Maybe next time!

2nd celebration was with my coursemates at Haarweg. I cooked Chicken Rice and supposely with Gado-Gado/Pecal. But stupid me, I left the sauce home. Actually we had more than enough foods and it was really great!

 We also played exchange gift and keep chasing the best presents from others. It was fun too!!

 3rd celebration was with my dear friends Anne yesterday. It was soooo nice to catch up and enjoyed good foods. Anne made Mushroom Cappucino Soup, Fresh Salad & Lemon Ginger Jelly while I made roasted chicken ;).

I bought Anne a nice Owl Wind Chimes except it doesn't has any bells on it. Also a scented cinnamon candle for the Christmas gifts. She always loves anything to do with Owl ;). Hope she will like it!

We had great dinner together and enjoy ourselves chatting all night!

Anyway, thank you Anne & also for your lovely greeting card that I received today! Really hope the next meeting ;)

Before I stop writing, I should actually update about my 4th Christmas dinner (lab department) which suppose to be last night. I missed it due to being stuck in the lab quite late. The rest of my colleagues were already there since 5pm, so they would already finished by then when I arrive ;). Unlucky me but it was okay as Mek Yana cooked dinner for me! Rezeki!!
